Teknicote's batch coating department offers an extensive array of processes including but not limited to powder coating, wet spray, fluoropolymer spray and dip coating, precision masking and secondary assembly.

- Four ovens with max temperature up to 750˚
- Maximum part size of 4’W x 7’H x 14.5’L
- Eight tank three stage pretreatment
- Spray wash booth 8’W x 7.5’H x 17’D
- Automated basket washer for small parts pretreatment
